Happy May everyone! I don’t know about you but this year feels like it is flying by! Of course with another passing month that can only mean one thing – another Monthly mention here on Wee Bit Of This And That.
This month we are discussing deodorant! Now I have had quite the journey when it comes to finding a sustainable deodorant that doesn’t aggravate my sensitive skin but also actually works at keeping me smelling great all day long. I have tried many brands and even attempted to make my own but nothing did the trick for me until now!
Some of you may have seen my stories (I think it was around the middle of March) when my first Wild package arrived, well I am now well over a month in and I LOVE it! Smells great, lasts all day and no unnecessary plastic – a win win for me! I am still on my first refill, in the scent Lavender Haze, however it is getting a little low so very excited to try my next scent, Coconut dreams!
So what is Wild deodorant and what makes it sustainable?
Wild is the world’s first zero-plastic deodorant refill. Wild has created a reusable case from anodised aluminium and recycled plastic that you refill using 100% plastic free, natural, compostable refills that come in various scents. You can either subscribe and have refills arrive automatically or just buy them as and when you need to. Their dermatologically-approved, all natural refills have no aluminium, parabens and artificial fragrances and they work without blocking pores or disrupting PH levels. What more do you want?!
So how can I make the change?
Simple! First you need to order yourself one of their reusable cases. I have made this step even easier as using the link https://mention-me.com/m/ol/fh6ye-victoria-speers or entering the code “Victoria Speers” at the checkout you can get yourself a free case with your first order of Wild! All you have to do is select your scents and your new deodorant will arrive through your letterbox in just a few days.
So what do you think? Do you already use natural deodorant? Have you tried Wild before? Let me know your experience below.
